CrossFit programming focuses on high intensity training incorporating Olympic lifting, plyometrics and gymnastics. The goal of each workout is to target the 9 domains of fitness: endurance, stamina, strength, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.

What to expect when you attend a CF class:

  • Group Warm-up: movements designed to prepare the body for the workout.
  • Skill/Strength: includes strength training and instruction on movements that will be used in workout. All movements will be thoroughly reviewed prior to workout (WOD).
  • Workout of the Day (WOD): workouts can vary from 5 minutes to 30 minutes. Each workout will be either task or time based. We leave the intensity up to you but encourage you to push outside your comfort zone.
  • Cool-down: post WOD stretch and mobility.

Boot Camp 

An innovative and cutting edge program that has changed the lives of hundreds of athletes. A one hour workout combines multiple training methods including: TABATA, High Intensity Interval Training, strength and endurance training, as well as core, flexibility and balance training. Experience the workout that high-performance athletes and coaches have been using for years to pack as much intense energy possible in as little time possible. Not only will your physical strength be tested, but your mental strength will be tested as well. Be prepared to find your true inner strength.

On-ramp/Beginners program

On-Ramp is a small group training class that slowly introduces you to the CrossFit methodology. Our On-ramp class limits distractions allowing us to pay maximum attention to your individual needs. In the On-Ramp Class you will learn how to perform the fundamental CrossFit Movements safely and effectively. We also offer One-on-One On-Ramp to those who prefer a little more personal attention or those who may need a specific time slot. Contact us for more information on price and scheduling.

Middle School/High School Strength and Conditioning

Currently, we are offering Strength and Conditioning classes for Middle (6th-8th) and High School (9-12) students. These classes will focus on developing speed, endurance, balance and strength. The program is specific for their age group and ability.  Safety is our number one focus.  


High School 2:30-3:30 with optional 3rd day, with coach approval

Middle School 3:30-4:30
