We are so excited to announce the addition of our Kids/Teens class.
We are offering Strength and Conditioning classes for Middle (6th-8th) and High School (9-12) students. These classes will focus on developing speed, endurance, balance and strength. The program is specific for their age group and ability. Safety is our number one focus. We will consider adding additional classes based on demand.
Currently we are offering class on Tu/Th:
High School 2:30-3:30 with optional 3rd day, with coach approval
Middle School 3:30-4:30
The registration is live under our Membership tab then click on Plans and select Middle School or High School.
Class size will be limited to 20
