Hang the bags then choose a station to start at
1. alternating jabs on bags
2. air squats
3. push up toe touch
4. alternating lunges
Metcon (No Measure)
Athletes will rotate through stations including a heavy bag station. Boxing or MMA gloves are strongly recommended for this workout.
